Hey There, I'm Robert!

I'm the founder and lead photographer here at RM Photography CO! When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me with sand in my shoes, a golf club in hand, or with my dog Milo riding shotgun. I’m a big believer in slow mornings, spontaneous road trips, and soaking up time with the people who matter most. Whether it’s a beach day, a quiet walk by the river, or just hanging out with friends and family, those little everyday moments are everything to me, and they're a big part of why I do what I do.

My Background


Photography found me at a time when I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for. I signed up for a class at the School of The New York Times out of curiosity and walked away with a deep love for capturing real life as it happens. That spark led me to study at Cornell University, where I earned a certificate in digital photography. Since then, I have been shooting weddings, events, and more across the East Coast!

My Style


My style is photojournalistic, which means rooted in observation, not orchestration. I focus on the quiet, meaningful moments that often go unnoticed: a fleeting glance, a shared laugh, a deep breath before walking down the aisle. I combine this with more traditional portraiture, creating a collection of images that together tell the full, honest, and emotional story of your wedding from start to finish.
